That's so great to hear Julie Mae! It sounds like you've got a pretty busy life, and I'm happy that I've been able to help you let go of some stress.
Your work is so important, and I'm sure that many people benefit from what you give!

Amy! How ya been?
I agree. Bending backward can be a little disconcerting and scary. You're on to the key though. Once you find a place in the pose where you feel safe, softening and letting go can help make even the most challenging backbend more accessible.
What a rush eh? Nothing kicks up energy like a backbend.

Backbends have always sort of tested my courage. I've really started being able to relax through them and go deeper with your guidance. Much peace, ~Amy

This class was wonderful. I have 3 small children and I am a nurse working with heavy patients. I find that this practice released a lot of tension. Thank you. I will definitely add this to my favourites.

I have to agree with an earlier commenter, the shavasana after this is the best I've experienced. That marks an excellent practice for me. Thank you!

Just finished the last of my week three Bendy Back. That final wheel pose felt amazing; deeper and stronger than the others I have been doing. I appreciate the instruction. Great practice. ~Peace to all~

This is an awesome practice to open up the back. Love David's analogies! Give it a try. Very efficient 60 minute practice and a long savasana. It will tee you up for the day.
