1st time - Part 2 - Loved the sequence however, realized I'm in a challenging transformational process but I will continue to practice and sure I will get there! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.

That's really cool Kate! I agree. My middle back gets pretty tense, and nothing seems to get rid of it like some bending and twisting. Thank god for yoga right?

Yet another quite wonderful practice. After working in the garden, bending and digging, I felt the Bendy Back practice was just what I needed. Perfect! I have no aching in my back, in fact it feels quite flexible and relaxed. Thank you David for another great Yoga practice. The twists were especially divine.

That's so great to hear Julie Mae! It sounds like you've got a pretty busy life, and I'm happy that I've been able to help you let go of some stress.
Your work is so important, and I'm sure that many people benefit from what you give!

Amy! How ya been?
I agree. Bending backward can be a little disconcerting and scary. You're on to the key though. Once you find a place in the pose where you feel safe, softening and letting go can help make even the most challenging backbend more accessible.
What a rush eh? Nothing kicks up energy like a backbend.
