The first assossiacion with your class is the word "cosmic". In Shavasana felt like a lightening star child on a colourful planet full of flowers. After the class felt the prana pulsation in my body. Thanks for this very nice experience. Our planet will get a better place with such classes. Namaste.

thank you for your warm feedback ... this style of practice is my favorite - a bit of slow, internal heating to increase the body's receptive nature to opening poses ... I also love balancing - very nurturing for the nervous system.
