This video was good and i am learning more on how to workand use the corebetter. (still finding it hard but getting there) I did find that the voice overlay was a bit slower than the movements so i felt i was trying to alway catchup with her not using my breating proberly when doing this.
I have saved this to my favorites as I like all the movements.

Oh man this is a wonderfully challenging workout. Each sequence is long enough for you to doubt your drive and body but short enough for you to stick it through to feel awesome that you didn't give up. Thank you Anita.
