The hips and pelvis are the link between the upper and lower half of the body. This concentrated hip opening sequence will help you release a lot of tension that has been draining you for years. Your hips will never feel the same again.

First Yinn class. It was much more difficult to hold the poses than I thought it would be. Lauraporter- great idea about the meditation music in the background- will try this next time.

I have never done Yin yoga before. Fantasic in a weird like/dislike way. I will definitely do this once a week, or also try out some other Yin practices out here. Amazing how the pose changes during the 5 minutes. I loved that 3 people did different things, and also Mark put out a further few suggestions on how to modify the poses, giving med the freedom to fin my place. thanks! Namaste.
