Although I respect all ancient teachings and practices, I believe that rather than separating your spiritual practice from everyday life, we should learn to take these teachings and use them when we're dealing with family, friends,...

Stating from the bottom of your feet running right up the back line of the body all the way to the top of the eyes. A relaxing practice that will have you touching your toes in no time.

@rozanne: Hm, Not sure why you're not getting any sound - It's working on my end! Try tinkering with audio settings, make sure volume is up on the video, etc. A sizeable chunk of this video is silent anyway, but you should at least hear Mark's soothing voice lulling you into the yin lands.

This video is good for those who have had some prior experience with the yin yoga practice. This video does not go into the explanation of the edges of the stretches, but provides a great yin practice. I suggest viewing a beginner yin video if you are not already familiar with this form of yoga. My only real complaint is that the relaxation at the end is cut short leaving you to relax on your own. Some may like that, I don't...personal preference. Thank you Mark for a great Yin Practice. I will be looking for more of you videos. Namaste.

Wonderful work Mark. The transition from each pose to explaining each and its benefits with modifications was ahhh-so-good!! After an intense weights session and rock climbing, this was medicine. thank you!

This video was like magic. I honestly think I would have "missed" the holiday if I had not done this video. It got me so present and in the moment and felt like a metaphor for the being place I want to be in over the next few days. Thanks Mark.

I feel great and enjoy your voice and minimal, but all valuable instructions. I especially appreciate being reminded to be present in the pose on a regular basis. Thank you.

I really liked the quietness and the length of the poses, which is not only good for the soul after a busy day* merci
