This is a very strong sequence with Mark Laham, combining strong core poses, and arm balancing that incorporate full body movements that will develop strength and endurance in mind and body. This warm up is pretty intense but can still be done at your own level.

Wow. This is an awesome practice for your core, plus some great poses not commonly used in most classes.

Mark, I love how you bring back the basis of the poses, hold the poses to allow the body to stretch, the mind to relax. Your cues are clear and your tone very calming. A simple, strong, challenging and rewarding practice! No fluff, pure bliss. Thank you!

thanks for another great session... this was great for my hips and hammies after a run... i loved your cues and gentle way of explaining alignment for each posture... it was fantastic that you gave options and really encouraged us to honour where we are at and not to push... was a great strong workout and am looking forward to mastering crow pose (as i am a bit nervy doing inversions)... your teaching style is very comforting and i know my body is in safe hands even though you are not at my side... ps i like your contemporary space, very clean and simple... nothing to distract me from my practice.... am looking forward to more sessions by you... thanks and namaste from a fellow canadian, living in australia = canaussie...

You're right. I don't get the decor.
Kinda space station-looking.
Well, I don't exactly take classes with those kinds of postures taught, anyway ... would not mind trying them in a space station's zero-gravity atmosphere. Hmm, I think this set is working on my brain ... lol

Very long holds.
As for the environment, it isn't the warmest setting, but I am generally not looking at the screen.

Nice workout. But a place where you excersie is highly "anti-yoga". Come outside to the nature from this dead glass and steel laboratory.
