I really enjoyed this class!! And I will again. I am sure that I will just listen to it when I don't have space to doing asana. Isn't it perfect to use as a training method of asana? In asana class, I listen to teachers and can't concentrate on my asana. Then, you know, "where is mindful state?" Then, next time I practice the same postures on my own or in a studio, I think I will be able to do it with consciousness to my body and mind! Thank you Siri!!!

I really liked the attention to the body and continual corrections to get the most out of each position. I also enjoyed the timing. This class was not rushed and spent a good amount of time in each pose. I wish that there were smoother transitions from one pose to the next, but overall this was a great video.

Really enjoyed being able to see various ability levels in this class. The lessons in this class will carry through to all your other classes and times of your day. Sitting at computer, driving etc.
My waist feels an inch smaller after this class : )
