Not as physically vigorous as I was expecting. Not recommended for someone who wants a workout (in my opinion).

I was a bit unsure having read previous comments about the music but I really enjoyed this practice and actually found the music during the meditation quite calming....maybe I'm just a country girl at heart!!

I guess I'm the odd one out. I love the folk song during final relaxation. I found it very relaxing and inspirational. It was weird at first, but after a few times, I let go and accepted the words as my own. It was beautiful...to me, at least. :)
