Amazing class, amazing teacher too! I felt a real connection to my own strength and inner power, with love and grace, naturally manifest throughout the practice. I love it when teachers instruct so well that you don't have to look up, or in my case at my screen, once thought the entire practice. Rolf definitely delivers in this one and I so excited to have an opportunity to train with him in person at Shakti in Seattle in a couple weeks!! Can't wait :)
