In this yoga teacher workshop with Faith Hunter, filmed at YYoga in Vancouver, Faith explores the love heart connection with fluid movements that open your heart, strengthen your core, and playfully work through inversions and back bends. This flowing and devotional practice inspires you to connect to the sweetness of you own heart, and break down the walls of fear, anxiety and insecurity. By the end you will feel a sense of openness and passion for yourself and others.

Marci-Cho (Thank you)- your words are powerful, enlightening, and such a good reminder that such fundamentals, principles, and pure " non-judgmental" gratitude to oneself is the thing that allows for the windows and new experiences to open:)

Got discouraged and almost quit a couple times, but powered through. When I got to the back bend stage, I surprised myself by going into a full-on bridge which I haven't been able to do in a year at least thanks to a shoulder injury and arm weakness. So exciting. Thanks for the great practice.

I was enjoying this practice until it stopped streaming at minute 40. This happens a lot to me and it is extremely frustrating. Does this happen to anyone else? I am curious because I have submitted 3 times about this issue and it hasn't been resolved. Just checking if it's an isolated problem with my iPad.
