This is a perfect practice to start the day, or to recenter yourself on those days where you lose your path of inner strength! Beautiful flow, excellent creation of heat in the body and perfect length for a day where you are on the go. Instantly added to my favorites and easily on my list of must do again and again - Thank you!!!
