Hi Clara! Just wondering if you have another morning flow practice coming anytime soon? I love the quick pace and short length at 5AM - I use this practice every morning and would love to have another morning flow to alternate with each day! Thanks!

I always love Clara's flow. I often choose this video when I like to be active, energetic. But I'm afraid that this flow needs many backbend poses, and the counter poses seem to be a little bit few and short. So I think if you have any trouble in your back, you'd better choose the alternative poses in this video. Thank you Clara, I'm looking forward to your new classes around 30 minutes!
