I love this morning flow for 5AM before i go to work - i just have one question. i am still having trouble with the back bend then leaning into the lunge. i am very careful with keeping my tailbone tucked so as to protect my low back, but i feel like it is hard to find balance leaning into the lunge of the pose. maybe because it's 5AM, but i was wondering if you had any tips about how to better hold the pose? maybe i need to be holding in with my legs more? i am not sure. thanks!

Hey Sstarflower,
it's true this is a fast paced class, take your time and move at your own pace. Personally, in the morning, i like to move a bit faster to get the blood going and wake up my body. However, honor your own rhythm.

This has become my go-to morning routine. The pacing plus the heart and hip-openers do my body good. I always feel energized, yet grounded and peaceful when I finish this practice. Amazing!
