Wow! What an impressive workout. I wanted an upper body strength session, and I definitely got it. Loved the compilation, choreography, and scenery. Personally I liked the division of videos so that, in the future if I want to do a slightly shorter workout, I can by skipping a section. Thank you, Shiva, very nicely done!

agrees with yaxier below. will add too that this video asks you to do several (many several) rounds of push-ups and does many things in repetitions that you would find in an aerobics lesson. good for people interested in body sculpting.

A difficult class. Her meditations are great, but the way one clip doesn't transition into the next is a bit irritating. I found myself wondering if it was ok to stop after the second clip ended. All in all though I feel very good after having done this. Thank you. -Y

love the concept, but if you like to practice with your eyes closed or looking away from the screen like i do, then i would look for a different video because her verbal instructions aren't clear.
