This 30 minute standing practice is from fitness expert and yoga instructor Nicki Doane's Maya Yoga Vinyasa Fusion Standing Flow Series DVD. She combines the practices of Asana -- yoga poses, with Pranayama -- conscious breathing. Fusing the two traditions into a single routine, the program aims to focus attention on the benefits of standing positions.

I wouldn't call this class an "All Levels" class as it is rather fast paced and therefore the instructions for beginners were a little vague or non existent at times. Also, it seems like there were occasions when the verbal instructions didn't match up with what was going on with her body.

This fast-paced vinyasa flow is challenging. Not sure it is for all levels. Her verbal instructions often came before her body transitioned, so I had to look at the screen a lot, but other than that I enjoyed this class. Thank you.

Lovely dynamic practice, and really well paced, thank you.
But I'd say it isn't really for 'all levels' though - if you're a beginner, the standing poses (eg warrior and trikornasana) aren't explained in detail, so would not have the integrity or safety that's probably needed.

Love this practice. Her regular reminders to breathe are very helpful. How often do we find ourselves holding our breath?

I loved this practice, Nikki's voice is almost hypnotic and her instructions really help you to get the most out of each pose.

short, but really good. A go-too for days when I don't have time for a full practice
