In this morning vinyasa yoga practice with Janet Stone, we fill our breath with intention, sit still for a moment, and create space around the transition from sleeping to the busy pace of our daily living. We pause and take note of our breath, our body, and our general sense of being. By the time we're done, we've washed out the old and made space for what may unfold in the day. Awaken to the breath of this practice.

I had to comment again here as I did this class again this morning and realized that my favorite new pose is the twisting pigeon that we do in the last vinyasa sequence. I haven't seen it in any other videos on MYO, that I've done yet at least, and this s the first class I've taken where we were able to practice this pose- I have to tell you I have so much space in my lower back and my entire side body after doing that pose and holding it a little longer on each side! Thank you again Janet- this practice was PERFECT for an early Sunday morning- Namaste~

Lovely pracftice. If I lived near your studio I'd definitely be one of the weirdos attending your weird flow as you called it!!

I absolutely love this vieo! You're about to get a great intense practice but at the same time Janet has a subtle way of easing you into the flow and before you know you're finished and glowing for the rest of the day. I will be honest, when I first started taking Janet's classes it took me a few times before I really started to resonate with her teaching style, but she is now one of my all time favorite instructors on MYO & I look daily for new videos to be posted from Janet! Like they say, whatever it is that makes you want to run away, is exactly what you need to run towards- have a great day and Namaste~

I love this class and the flow.....love the " don't know who the guy is in the back but don't mind him". Ummm...had a question about the beginning chant, I found on your website what I think is the chant written out but here we only say the first line....108 times (LOVE THIS) but my question is what exactly am I saying....in other words....what is the pronunciation and besides your web site where can I find more? Thank u for this class, I moved from SF only to realize now what I was missing to do while I lived there.

What a wonderful, nourishing practise for a weekend morning; when there's just a little more time to really let go of rushing and ego and to practise slowly, mindfully but with intensity. Thank you.
