While doing this practice I suddenly felt a wave of satisfaction through my body; I really enjoyed being in my body and and felt content with every movement. I'm 6 months pregnant and recovering from an ankle fracture, so I had to stick to the easier modifications and use some other variations as well to make the practice suit my situation. Still the energy and joy I felt during this 50 minutes and for the rest of the day was amazing. Thank you so much.

I'm sad to say I couldn't manage to go through this practice. It requires more core strengh and flexibility than I currently have. Even with the modifications, I had to stop often to go into child's pose (which is still yoga, I know ;-)) otherwise I could feel the injury just waiting to happen.
I'll stick to easier practices by Kreg.
