In this short sequence Sheri Celentano uses a wide, squat filled, playful Surya Namaskar to prep for Firefly Pose (Tittibasana). Great to get the heat and flow building in the morning, also nice to open hips and hamstrings. Blocks are a great friend in this sequence especially if your hamstrings are feeling tight. Energizing and Fun!

I have never felt moved to comment before, but chirping birds at 5am proved to provide too much volume to allow me to follow this ultra quiet practice. Is there a way to remix with more volume?
