Open your hips and release into the moment in this yin practice with Sarah Harrison. In this beautiful still practice Sarah will guide you into gently opening your body, mind, and spirit playing between softness and focus. Great for stress, improving flexibility and developing focus. Note - Not suitable for those with hip replacements or knee concerns.

Truly beautiful and meditative. I would love to also be able to access a similar class from Sarah that is about an hour long.

This is a great sequence with very nice instructions for how to practice the yin style, however none of the poses are held long enough to really achieve the deep tissue release spoken of. This sequence would be much better as an hour long practice.
