I love the background, but I'm not a fan about the commentary about spirit and energy. Thats something that you cannot be told to feel. I refer asana cues and then moments of silence to feel whatever it is my body and mind are feeling.

Class is good, but I found myself not following about 85% of her vocal instructions - I had to keep my eyes glued to the screen to see what she was doing. Great if you want to build your own practice - but then, I wouldn't be watching a video class if I wanted to make up my own flow.

OMG that was crazy fun! Although some of the instructions were not that clear to me so I had to look up a lot but then later you recommend making the session your own. I loved it, smiled all the way through and did a couple of things for the first time.
