For very experienced practitioners only, an advanced power yoga class. Get strong, both in body and mind. Note: This class contains the pose headstand. Approach those pose gently and mindfully and only if it feels 100% right for your body at this moment.

Same situation here as Noura, just finished a 200 hr. Yoga TT in Vinyasa- Ashtanga. I also was looking for a way to put in practice what I learned in this past 12 weeks. Just like they said when you look you will find....
Thank You for the well detailed practice.
Have a Great Day!!!

What I love about this class is that it feels ashtanga based. I learned yoga in ashtanga workshops so that is home base to me and what I like to go back to; however, now, after a long period of no yoga, ashtanga is a bit too challenging. This session is perfect in level as I can work back up the poses that were familiar to me, yet there is a variation so it isn't so strict and variations different to ashtanga that keep it fresh. The long savansana at the end was wonderful but unexpected. This first time through, I started peeking at about 7 minutes to see if my screen had frozen. Expect about 10 minutes if you are doing this a first time. Thanks Tara. This is the second video of yours that I've done! Much appreciation.

I loved this so much! Very powerful indeed and brought me to a new challenging level that I am looking for. At the end during Shavasana I really felt like personal power was being programmed into all of my molecules, feeling sparkly and happy right now. Thanks!
