A balancing rejuvenating pick up with Meghan Currie for all your body's systems. Simple sweet and an easy practice, like some afternoon chocolate or a nourishing restorative massage. Focus on chilling even when doing.

Very fast paced but I like the somewhat aerobic component of the practice. Like getting cardo and yoga in one session. Thank you. I will be doing this more often.

I really liked the sequences in this practice. And while it moved quite quickly, I will revist it again and know I'll be able to follow along better. If you are a beginner who knows pose modifications that work for you, I'd say try this out, but if you aren't familiar with modifications, this may get a little frustrating. But it is listed as a moderate level practice, so may not be for beginners anyway, although I see a few beginners have left comments.

Kinda fast transitions, felt a bit like there was a loss of integrity to the poses due to lack of instruction on adjustment and speed. For an "all levels" class, it would have been nice to have more description, and options for some of the more bendy poses (after happy baby I can't hold my leg straight while holding my foot, option would've been nice, alternative to plow pose too). Not bad, just would've labeled it differently.
