Nice flow, but still slow and STRONG. Some easy sun salutations moving into the intuitive lunges series - 1st, crescent, 2nd. Got some half moon and trikonasana in there, and then gasp even revolved to 3rd - tough sequence for tight ol' me! Then onto the floor for some jump throughs, stretches and bridges. Overall a good power class - as I like and know them. Albeit a bit beginner and moderate, and with a long shavasana for a 45 min video. Good though! Love Jesse's classes.

What a pleasant practice - a great return to vinyasa for someone who's been away for a while, all of the reminders were welcome. This would also be a great practice for someone just coming to this form of yoga. Nicely warming and balanced

I really appreciate the focus on strength and reminders of keeping the back straight. After a recent back injury, I've had the good fortune of working with talented professionals who stressed the importance of not rounding the back in yoga, and this practice is a wonderful re-entry into yoga, helping me adjust some areas that were becoming a problem.

Some of the positions are intermediate, but the majority of them are moderate. I thought the first half moved a little slow, but the last half was great and I will definitely do it again! Thank you, Jesse!
