I really appreciate the focus on strength and reminders of keeping the back straight. After a recent back injury, I've had the good fortune of working with talented professionals who stressed the importance of not rounding the back in yoga, and this practice is a wonderful re-entry into yoga, helping me adjust some areas that were becoming a problem.

Some of the positions are intermediate, but the majority of them are moderate. I thought the first half moved a little slow, but the last half was great and I will definitely do it again! Thank you, Jesse!

Jesse's descriptions are incredibly detailed, his voice is gentle and soothing, and he is encouraging to take things at your own pace and challenge yourself. This video in particular is soothing, not too difficult or fast, and great for beginners.
