Movement has always been sacred to me. I have danced my whole life, whether it's been grooving to a good song, taking dance classes or flowing through a vinyasa, my body can't get enough. Through movement, I...

This short sequence will help alleviate tightness in the shoulders and chest area. No mat necessary, can be done on a chair or seated on the floor. Great for those who work at a computer, have tight shoulders and chest, tension headaches.

Good stuff! Ever since I started doing yoga -- my migraines have been significantly reduced. Those shoulder stretches felt wonderful.

I'm just beginning to practice after years of being away. I enjoyed this practice as a prelude to Bernie Clark.
However, being a bit awkward at the moment I find it difficult to keep up with Ms Roberts-Os. She speaks
quite fast and at times I wasn't sure what she was saying because the words seemed to blend. Perhaps a bit
slower and a softer voice. At the end a Namaste` would be a nice way to signal "completion" vs just silence.

The ease of my breathing just increased tenfold... and I wasn't even worried about it before the practice!!

I saw this video as part of the beginner yoga program and I really liked it. My only observation would be that she spoke a little bit too fast for me, making the transitions between movements hard to follow. But still, very nice.
