Thank you! I absorb so much tension in my shoulders from being at a computer much of the day. This feels wonderful. I'm going to use this as a warm up before other yoga practices to help my shoulders open. My hope is that I can become more conscious of how I hold my shoulders throughout the day, and this is already helping me.
