Inspiring is an understatement. @ bpinto, I'd be happy to! @Sweetkate, in Setu Bandha (bridge formation) stabilizing the the core by tucking the tailbone and drawing the navel in toward the spine lengthens the back body. Once the core is stable and "flexed" the breath can access the heart space and in doing so more of the soothing, nourishing benefits of Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) are realized.
