Get your day off to an energetic yet focused start with this live class from Jeff Wildenstein of 8 Limbs Yoga Studio in Seattle. This class is designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility in all areas of the body by moving through a flow (Vinyasa) style of sequences initiated by the breath. Rolling out of savasana will feel akin to rolling off a massage ball.

I would welcome the opportunity to offer a more moderate level class, yes. Thank you for posting your thoughts.

I so enjoyed your teaching style, the calmness of your voice. Although I modified many of the postures and had to take moments of rest, this class was overall too advanced for me at this time. Would you consider creating more videos at a moderate level? That would be wonderful. Thanks again for your class.

Thanks for the positive feedback! Inspiring is an understatement. @ bpinto, I'd be happy to! @Sweetkate, in Setu Bandha (bridge formation) stabilizing the the core by tucking the tailbone and drawing the navel in toward the spine lengthens the back body. Once the core is stable and "flexed" the breath can access the heart space and in doing so more of the soothing, nourishing benefits of Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) are realized.

Thank you, this was a nice way to begin my day. I'm curious about the puffing breath into the chest instead of belly during setu bandasana? Anyway, I really enjoyed the postures and the pace, many thanks.
