A vinyasa yoga class with emphasis on backbending and lengthening hamstrings. Warming the lower back and legs through moon salutes, go deeper into a backbending practice. This sequence will explore different backbends from standing bow to variations of camel. To counter balance, lengthen the hamstrings moving towards hanuman (splits pose), and ending with some juicy lower back releases.

I've enjoyed this practice a few times over the course of this full moon, a truly beautiful practice for early morning while the moon is still out. Helps me feel completely stretched out as I start my work day and peaked my interest in learning more about the chandra namaskars. Just beautiful as always Clara, namaste!

I thought this was going to be a more traditional moon salutation...but even so really loved this practice. Great for stretching out all my problem areas for tightness...back, hamstrings and hips.
