Prolonged standing and sitting can leave the feet and legs filled with pressure and tension. Bring relief to the lower legs with this gentle flow with Kreg Weiss that stimulates lymphatic circulation in the feet, ankles, and legs. This is a beneficial flow also in helping reduce the onset of varicose veins.

Craig. Thank you for doing what you do. I have been doing a lot of running lately and my lower legs were just sore. This was gold for my body and your energy just brought me to a positive place. What a gift! I appreciate you.

Absolutely going into my favorites, thank you! Working at a desk all day, hiking, walking, I really needed a practice such as this - it gently soothed, brought a release of toxins that had built up and created a flow of circulation that brought life back to my lower body. Perfection!

Kreg, thank you for this new practice. As in your others, your calming voice and the pace of this class really helped the workout and the relaxation. Good length too.

Like the practice, but the description says it's 30 minutes, and it's actually 42.51. Could you please change the description time tobe accurate? I often choose my practices based partly on what I have time for, and this almost caused me to be late for an appointment.

Hi ngovna,
Yes, this practice is more suited to be done at the end of the day after prolonged standing or sitting to help flush the lower legs of stagnant fluids and pressure. If you are looking for 'high energy', this is not the tone I typically project in my teaching practices as I preferred to present my practices in a calming manner to enhance the grounding benefits for the nervous system. You may be more inclined to practice with teachers like Dana Flynn or Eoin Finn for that type of class tone. Namaste, Kreg
