This is an amazing core workout and pelvic opener! I like how soothing her voice is. It takes away the bootcamp feeling of a hard workout.

i really like this class, but i can barely hear the audio. i've tried adjusting the level on my computer, but that doesn't seem to help. perhaps the audio could be adjusted on that end?
Thank you
