Thank you for this Alison! Challenged me to get out of my mind and definitely helped to clear the "mud" from my body.

I really enjoyed this, there's only a couple of minutes where she isn't telling you what to do and you are repeating the same sequence at that point anyway. A good energizing practice, definitely feel like it burned through the kapha this morning!

Contrary to many of the comments, I found this practice not that difficult or follow. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

It was very hard to follow. Halfway through she stopped telling the posses and started just talking about other things while changing poses. I had to stop and look for another video.

Great way to energize for a morning practice, but hard to follow when not looking at the screen. Add savasana on your own.

I agree. I would have enjoyed this much more if it was a bit slower so it was possible to time the movements with the breath.

Whoah! Slow down. I couldn't keep up it seemed like she talked a lot so it was hard to hear what the different poses were.

Liked the creative flow. I get bored with the usual surya A and B flows.
The instruction was inconsistent.

The instructions were not great. She moves too fast and often with no instructions, so it's difficult to follow. Also, there is no shavasana.
