RYT Sheryl Light guides students through a one-hour vinyasa flow class. Filmed at Stil Studio, these 60 minutes harmoniously blend Sun Salutations, standing poses, balances, backbends and hip openers. The predominant message of this class is mindfulness; remaining true to the individual form. Encouraging students to move at their own pace and at their own level, Sheryl offers both modifications and advanced variations, designing a practice suited for all.

Hi Meaghan, Thank you joining us for practice and sharing your feedback. You are definitely not alone with the savasana struggle. We are told that it's essential for the body be placed in a neutral position, so why not the mind as well? In my own practice, there are days when the background noise is comforting and eventually disappears, and others when it draws my focus in way too much. I am glad that in this video leaving it entirely up to you was helpful.
Sending you light and joy~ Sheryl

There are many things that I love about this class. I think the flow between postures is fluid and makes so much sense for my body, helping me go deeper into my own practice. I also love how the video ends just after the beginning of shavasana. I have a very active mind and this is one of the hardest poses for me, but with the video ending, I find myself not distracted by background music, but finally melting into the ground. Namaste.

Hi Meredith
Glad you found what you needed in the practice, thanks for joining us. Often the greatest voice we hear on our journey is the quietest. Backing off and listening to our bodies, or in your case your tweeky knee, is of the utmost importance. Thanks for your feedback. Sending light and joy~ Sheryl

That was exactly what I needed! A fabulous sort of faced passed vinyasa, but doable. And I didn't feel bad modifying for my tweeky knee.
