We've removed some of the most advanced postures in Clara's Let's Fly practice, to offer a more intermediate level version of this practice. Still quite challenging, minus some of the more challenging inversions and some of the deeper backbends, this class will set you a flight. Arm balances with deep hip openers will not only connect you deeper to you core but also give you the sense of flying. Come play!

Hey Ying,
Two things might help your back knee in reverse warrior. The first would be to engage the inner thighs more. do this by drawing your heels towards each other energetically until you feel your inner legs light up. the other is rotating your back toes either closer and further from your front foot. play with both and let me know how it goes.

Very challenging and fun class!! Thanks Clara!! But whenever I do reverse warrior, it puts a great strain on my back knee. And if I try not to lean back too much so that my back knee wouldn't hurt, I don't feel any stretch at all. Is there anything I can do to improve on this pose? Thank you!

I really like this kind of class but i do not suceed in doing all the positions already but I try !!!
I prefer doing vinyasa or ashtanga than other kind of yoga, I feel simply better ......
And this class is very hard but so magical ..... Thanks cause i adore your classes
