Thank you! After a number of years of gymnastics as a teenager, I could still never comfortably hold a handstand, but this practice makes sense, and I am improving enormously. Brilliant!

very clear instruction which helped understand the proper allignment of the shoulders in inversions. Building up slowly to full pose was most helpful. Looking forward to practising this again
