A little too fast for me. Couldn't keep my breath with the movements. But I'll bet this is better once already warmed up. It was just too early for me! ;)

Very nice... I will love this even more the next time. For all those who struggle with the speed... i suggest watching the video before you practice.. this will let you know what's coming. I thought it was perfectly paced even through the first time. I will definitely look into Janet's other videos... She was recommended as a great teacher... and now i know why! Thanks.

I really loved the fluidity and transition between the poses, as well as the diversity of poses themselves. Apparently, though, I was in the mood for something much slower paced. I could have enjoyed this more today if it had been at half the speed. I will do this again on an evening when I am feeling energetic and in the mood for something short but sweet. Then it will probably be perfect!
