If you are doing a series of short segments, you don't need to tune in each time. It is best to tune in at the beginning of each yoga session signalling your higher consciousness, your body, mind and spirit, that your practice is about to begin. It will make you fully present and allow you to draw on the inspiration of your higher consciousness to make this beyond a physical practice.

Would like to purchase Gloria Latham's Kundalini Yoga and the Adrenal Glands. I am going through adrenal failure and this would be a wonderful addition to the other several videos I puchased in the past two weeks for my rehabilitation with several health problems from a brain tumor. Your core workouts are helping me to walk again and so much cheaper than spending hundreds of dollars on Physio sessions where they just give you exercises to do at home. Cam't seem to buy a download of Kundalini Yoga for Adrenals by Gloria Lathan. There is no tag that usually would say Purchase at the top corner of the program. This is a short 9 min. class.
