I have had a only a few kundalini yoga classes, and although I find it to be a bit more energy-intensive than my regular practice, this class is amazing! I love this practice when I crave Kundalini but don't have a full hour... this morning I woke up exhausted and this jolted me positively into my day. I'm always amazed by the interesting routines Gloria pulls together abd thankful to MYO for incorporating Kundalini onto this site. I hope I get to take a live class from Gloria one day!

I can definitely see the benefits of this class but it wasn't for me. It had a lot jumping jacks and more traditional aerobic moves than what I was looking for in a yoga class. Again, I see the merits but just not my style.

I really enjoyed the detoxyfing and cleansing aspects of this routine. It's definately one of my favorites. The only thing that hurt my knees was the plank kicks..
