I tried this session last night and it was an amazing experience because it released so much in my digestive system that has been clogged up with emotions over a long period and I could not believe the effect it had. It truly is therapeutical. Thank you for sharing :)

Hi Whitney. Thanks for asking. This comes up often. For those who find coming into a low squat non-doable because of anything to do with the knees, just come down as low as works for you. Keep your core strong to protect your lower back, and always honour the signals from your body. For those who have difficulty maintaining a squat because the heels aren't on the ground, try taking the feet further apart. If this doesn't do it, simply roll your mat up beneath your heels until it feels more solid and comfortable. Lots of love

This session was exactly what I needed today! Thank you for sharing this with us :)
Do you have any suggestions for those of us who can't get into the squatting position?
