I have been trying various Kundalini practices and this is now my fav - I am doing research and writing on the effects of stress on the body and will definitely include this in the daily practices section! Loved this!! Thank you!

I have done many videos for anxiety and stress relief, but none have compared to this!! I loved it! I also never got "the breath of fire" before today...When I saw other videos, I just didn't get what I was supposed to be doing. Just doing this video today for the first time, I got it!! I'm not as even in my breath and I don't sound as pretty as you do when I breathe (good thing for doing it alone at home) but I actually got what I'm supposed to be doing with it and felt wonderful doing it...Thank you. This will be my favorite video to do daily if I can.

Hey Sarai70: yup, the thing with this style of Kundalini is that we don't have a lot of modifications/variations in the postures. The modification, is, as you said, to rest if you need it, and then come on back to join in when you can.

hi lindsey, thank you for your comment. i still enjoy your style even though i have found this releasing stress class very advanced but i guess most of kundalini classes are and it is up to the practicioner to rest and switch to deep enhalation when the body tells you to.(i hope my english is right)

Hi Sarai70--Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a wonderful style of this kind of yoga. What I teach is a style that isn't sets that he designed, but sets that I have come up with based on my studies of that style of Kundalini, my own knowledge and understanding of Kundalini energy and the energy body, and studies with my friend and mentor Swami Maheshananda Saraswati. Much love

Lindsey I'm so happy I now have the option of an hour kundalini class with you! What a strong and beneficial practice... thank you for helping me to "let go". Also, I like how you start to laugh a bit at times, it keeps me smiling and reminding myself that yoga is about inner joy even in tough places!!! Namaste :)

@ryan. Kundalini yoga is yoga indeed. It is the oldest and most sacred form of yoga. Before you dismiss it entirely, I suggest that you go to the 3ho.org web site and find a ky teacher in your area. Then judge whether you like it or not. There is nothing like a live kundalini yoga class, trust me :)

Hey Ryan; there's all sorts of yoga for all sorts of folks. My teacher Swami Maheshananda Saraswati recently attended one of my asana sessions while he was here from India and was thrilled to discover a yoga that his Bihar lineage considers true yoga...I'm sure what you love to practice is also yoga
