I awoke this morning happy to finally to be doing something positive after receiving a terminal dx. and sick of crying over it. I came on this to do something good but after reading everyones posts gave me a hurt feeling, who really cares about little things? this nice woman is here trying to share her gift with us and people are nick picking. seriously? I feel sorry for everyone who had hurtful things to say. I know I am spending the days that I have left that I can remember not wasting it it with bs. and hurtful ways. but love and appreciation. and to the teacher thank you for sharing your gift to me. may you always share your wonderful gift to all.

Wow! Gloria is a wonderful teacher, just looking at her encourages me to push through the discomfort and laziness. the physical and emotion benefits of doing her kundalini classes are the main draws, but I would also love to have her body shape! :)

I think the practice was great the focus on the hair should have had nothing to do with the practice you could always close your eyes to not be disturb from what is going on on the outside !!

Wow, for an online yoga community I am surprised at some of the comments here and for other videos I have seen; this site seems to have quite a few mean-spirited, judgmental people, which I thought was the antithesis of yoga. Along with others focused on the practice and the end result of it, I, too, really enjoy this instructor (in this and her longer videos) and enjoy the shorter sessions when I'm too exhausted from the longer ones! The movements and breathing have in a short time, and amazingly, helped release tension, feel stronger and become more focused.

Very Good!As far as I know you need to practice Kundalini with your eyes closed,so I didn't have hair issues like others!Peace!
