This ancient and revered meditation clears the psyche of the effects of negative relationships, heals emotional wounds, creates a sense of wholeness and serves as a gateway to true happiness.
Contraindications: Do not practice stomach pumps or breath holding if you are pregnant. Do not hold breath if you have hypertension.
