Loved it. I didn't have much time today, so this was perfect. I couldn't do the 2 handstanding poses, but I did my own thing during that time. I love the reps--they flow perfectly with breath which makes it that much easier to breathe properly.

Those arm balances are way beyond me! I can't begin to imagine how to build up the strength for them!
