A fun and gentle way to begin a life-long love of exercise. Kids learn stretching, breathing and standing exercises alone or with an adult. Certified yoga instructor, Rana Kirkland, also introduces simple meditation - a safe way to focus the mind and calm the body. This delightful beginners class features the melodic sounds of flute and piano in a charming animated world.

I just did this with my 3yo son. Good fun for both of us! I do agree with the alphabet being a little fast - we just picked the ones we liked the best. Thanks!

I am a special education teacher and it is not easy to get my kiddos motivated to exercise, but when they see that this is what we are going to do they are all on the carpet and ready to go! We do have to pause often during the alphabet so we can make sure the kids are all doing the correct poses, but it is awesome!!

In the words of my 5 year old. "I like it!" The alphabet was a bit fast though. Nice way to get the kids moving on chilly days.

That was fun. "I like it," says my 4 year old daughter. However, the alphabet series was a bit fast. Not enough time to really understand and enjoy each pose. We're somewhat spoiled on Marsha Wenig's YogaKids series.
