I absolutely love Chris's classes. He has so much energy and enthusiasm that even when I've attempted 30 kick ups to the wall I still want to do more. I have only recently started practising these asanas and in just 2 of Chris's classes I can really tell the difference not just in my asana but also my confidence. Please come to the UK and do some workshops with us!!

@montlake thanks for watching and thanks for the comment!! Yes, I agree... TIME:)) in general, that is one of the draw backs of filming a workshop and or a live class... in these types of workshops, we break down poses to offer 1 or 2 key points that the student can work on when they the poses into their own practice.... so this type of practice is not meant to be a full-spectrum experience ... instead it offers insight into the details that will make a full-spectrum experience richer and safer:)) again, thanks for sharing and most of all.. thanks for watching:)) lots of love!!

What a fun class! It was made even more beautiful by the mother who took such tender care of her baby during the class. Cute!

Nice commentary - funny, encouraging and very helpful. I enjoyed the advanced variations, but overall, I would have liked to see more of a routine. In a way this class was basically a warm up and then a lot of inversions (mainly handstand) and then a warmdown. I like working on handstand, but in terms of a daily practice, I would have liked to see a wider variety of poses and more work after the handstands. The fact that it was a live class ate up a lot of the time. Still, it was very enjoying to do. Thanks!

@juliacar thanks for watching!! I am so happy to hear that you felt a sense of community while practicing on your own at home!! That is the EXACT reason why I decided to shoot these. Your comment made the 12 thousand roundtrip miles I flew to do these.. TOTALLY worth it!! LOVE:)

I don't have a yoga community where I live, but today, in my living room, I was laughing and playing and connecting as though I was part of your group at Wanderlust. Thank you SO much for your light and energy!
