A power yoga workshop/practice with Nico Luce that delves into Yogic philosophy and the origins of power yoga. Philosophically we’ll explore the Koshas (layers) that surround the essence of our being and how to access them. The physical practice will focus on creating a strong foundation, flowing with the breath, focusing the mind, feeling from within and finding ease in the pose. Great for those interested in learning about the origins of this practice, yogic philosophy and how to modify poses or use the block as a prop.

Hi, fantastic yoga practice. Thank you. Really enjoyed the pace and the visualisations and the reminders about the koshas.

This is my absolute favourite practice that I have come across on myyogaonline. There is something about it that touches on perfection. The clear instruction and gentle voice, the pace, the flow, the embedded philosophy, the encouragement. It's beautiful! Thank you Nico!

All levels? A bit too much for my level. However, it was simple enough to modify and still really enjoyable. Gives me a goal for the future!

Well, I am an advanced beginner ... and have been for many years. "All Levels" must refer to all levels of experience. And that's cool. This old lady is going to take a chance on this one. I study videos with David Magone on here and Baptiste power vinyasa video downloads with Dave Farmar and other similar things ...

I loved this, but I'm intermediate level, so all levels might not be accurate.

i'm having problems with the longer videos, if it's more than 20 mins it plays to about 7 mins and then restarts. I just joined yesterday and this has happened to me twice on 2 different videos. Any suggestions on what I can do to view the entire video?

You know, a lot of times with power yoga I've felt that the spiritual nurturing, or just the yogic teachings of wisdom, were lacking and so it became my least favorite type of flow. This practice feeds the soul and challenges the body beautifully. I super enjoyed the integrated yogic philosophy. Peace, ~~ Amy
