I love his classes. HIs voice is serene and his practice is deep. I like that is not too chatty. I've been practicing for 3 years now and I don't need a lot of instructions on the poses, just queues to the next poses. With little instructions, I can meditate and get deeper in my inner body.

I enjoy all of Nico's practices. I have used his practices as inspiration in my teachings and my students seem to enjoy the creativity and strength building his practices provide. Also, his speech is of normal tone and fluctuations unlike some of the other instructors on this site that tend to dramatize the voice to almost a spooky quality.

Very good practice. A good balence between strength, balence, and flexibility. However, the "artistic" videography is very distracting. During much of the video, all the viewer can see is Nico's back end in the bottom right hand of the screen. Not very instructive.
