This is day 1 for me. I did it. It was not in great form. i had a few rhythm and sequence fall outs but i got through the workout. Taking the advise to review the video first before hand prepared me which was helpful. I feel energized although I know some parts of me will feel a little sore in the morning. Overall a very nice class. Thank you Clara.

LOVE this flow - i keep coming back to it. I started a faster paced practice this evening but got kind of frustrated with it (so quit), but this one suited my energy level and mood much more. Your direction and voice is super pleasant and easy to follow. I feel i'm becoming more graceful with this one the more i do it. Thanks so much Clara! Always a pleasure to flow with you.
