Thoroughly enjoyed this video!! I truly hope you're able to upload more videos eventually. Out of the dozens and dozens of practices I have used throughout this website, this has by far been my favorite. His energy (even from watching at home!) was motivating and he made the practice fun. Thank you for a great mind + body workout!

I enjoyed the class--especially the detailed walking though the poses. I was able to get deeper into the poses than I have before and I was able to understand the poses better. The advanced poses and explanations were also great. Nice commentary in general! I would LOVE to see a recorded class with a voice over for a practice that I could do on a reglar basis. In general live classes are not as compact in terms of time usage. Great energy and guidance on all levels! Thanks!

Yes I am doing this at home and used the wall, i am just a biginner and the wall is luckly still a bit away but i will let you know when i get there. i hope to do this class and poses in the following weeks to come.
i would love to have contol and a little more strength.

If you are working at home, it is a great idea to use a wall to kick up against. The same principles apply: keep your arms and legs straight as you go up!! Be aware that the wall is harder than your foot, so as you start to get closer to vertical, start to think about just "stepping it up" instead of "kicking it up." ENJOY!!

A bit more partner work than would be optimal for a home practice, but I simply added other postures during that time.
