This is an open level class focused on lengthening the hamstrings and quads. By the end, you’ll feel more like Gumby and less like Blockhead (Gumby’s Nemesis). Great for runners and those who are tight in the legs. Note – Those with sensitive knees should have a bolster or block for Virasana.

I have to say that Clara is quite an exceptional yoga teacher. There's just something about her method that my body really responds to. I have made more progress in one year doing her practices than I did in the five years prior to finding MyYoga Online. This particular class is great. Not advanced but just challenging enough to have a real impact on leg flexibility. I've been doing this one after 30 minutes of lower body floor exercises.

Loved this class. Really needed to stretch out my legs and it worked. I really would like a class from you that stretch legs and hips in all directions - hamstrings, front thigh, inner and outer legs and hips inner rotation and outer rotation of the hips. Then it will be compete. Keep up a good work Thank you

Closest class I've found to "Yoga for cyclists". All the right stretches - only thing missing is a glute focused pose like pigeon (but now I'm nit picking)!
