I'm sorry Jennifer, but I found the audio recording levels a little frustrating. At times, I couldn't hear your instructions, and at other times, the music or your voice was too loud. I was constantly running to adjust my speakers. My husband works the graveyard shift, so I do my practice while he's sleeping.

I don't think there's been any changes made to this video. Maybe you're mixing it up with one of our other classes? There's 4 different Yoga Flo classes posted so far... You can search Yoga Flo or look under the teachers tab. Hope that helps!
