I am so happy to have found this! I used to be able to go to class multiple times a week but since becoming a working mom, it's become increasingly difficult to find the time. I'll definitely be making room in my daily schedule for these videos! Thanks David!

So very nice... I've enjoyed immensely and done this 2 days in a row (which is saying a lot for me since I tend to prefer switching things up all of the time). David, I'm going to go for your suggested 3 week series of practices starting tomorrow and am looking forward to it! I'll let you know how it goes but already I love how holistic your flows are not just with asanas but the breathing and guided meditation. Salama (peace!)

Good to hear! The six ranges of motion that I mentioned are in reference to the spine. They consist of flexion, extension, lateral flexion to the right and to the left as well as rotation to the right and left. All of our accelerated practices begin with stretches to open these ranges.
